I wonder how ranked teams will work. What if you have 3 of the best Lucio players in the world on the same team but they can't play anyone else? Do they all just eat the loss while one of them pretends to play 76 or something? Is there a way I can just play my "main" in ranked?

For the first month, people are going to main the shit out of characters and set up premades as much as possible. Then a meta will develop where we'll see character trios (since that seems to be really effective), and those people are the ones that are going to climb super fast.

Then it'll either normalize and go back to normal play in ranked, where people counterpick mid match... or a really stale MLG tryhard meta will develop where every team needs to have 6 specific heroes and nobody is allowed to switch for fear of endangering their chances of winning.

My money is on that second one...
