This is a historic day

Are most amd profits from cryptomining?

No news on Zen preformance vs Intel is pushing it up today

>bought the bitcoin dip at 470
>Now 580
stay poor with your stockshits

Well I am at 133%
You haven't even hit 20%
Try trading those bitcoins for more risky coins

>only bought one Bitcoin

Sweet man, sell sell sell! Use that $3 after-tax profit to buy a big mac!

I have had this since January 2015 so I won't get hit as hard with taxes.

What do you think is AMD going to hit after Q3 earnings?

Sold after Q2 earnings, need to get my ass asap into AMD again

what you think gamers are buying amd cards stock out? lol

I'm thinking it'll slowly continue up because of the new Zen chip. I'm gonna keep putting stop losses in

What? Did you not watch this?

That and other tech website articles analyzing Zen from the detailed specs they put out during the conference is pushing it up. And reading them, there is no reason to disbelieve what they did.

It's a great lesson in investing - that Mr. Market can be a complete moron. AMD is trash and is not salvageable.

But intel is Jew

Trust the public to be weary of Jewry
It's all about perception

personally I hope this is the turning point for amd

No... trust Internet sperglords to be wary of the Jew.

Trust the Jew to make money.

OP here, do you think I should get out after AMD is up to 7.70?
Pigs get slaughtered...

Someone elaborate, just bought a few months ago...

You pay a higher capital gains tax for short term stocks ie. held for less than a year. Long term stocks pay a lower tax %

I see. Thanks.

Why is Intel up, too?
These tech stocks make no sense

Intel is Goliath, AMD is David

Is this still worth investing in? Assuming Zen is a hit with the poorer "enthusiast" crowd and vega doesn't flop, it will keep rising, right?

Because apparently processor tech goes up.

They did just unveil their new VR tech, deep learning CPUs, and Atom line refresh at Intel Developer Forum 2016.

Also, they licensed their 10nm manufacturing process to ARM for SoC production.

Is it still worth buying or is it going to fall?

I was going to buy at 1.6 I'm fucking pissed

This is a dumb newfag question, but say you bought the stock back when it was cheap, now its 7$ and if you bought it at 2$ then you supposedly profited 350%.

My question is who would buy the stock at that price and why would they buy it? Is it easy to find a buyer for it? Does the buyer envision the stock going up even higher?

I kinda wanna try out stock trading but is it really as easy as it seems?

Yes. Example: Some dumbfucks buy CERU at 3$ because they think it will go to 20$

He doesn't understand percentages, user. He thinks his dollar amounts increased more

Yes, MGT now...
