That was always the case. If you own it then whatever pegasus vehicle securoserv can access will deliver it to you for free negating the pegasus charge if you go through them. If you are an associate then you can also access those vehicles provided the VIP/CEO owns them.

Considering women can wear the turtleneck with any overcoat, and the Hearth preset works with it, I'd say turtleneck incompatibility with suit jackets/overcoats is a glitch.

It's actually $25k, so the only way to order one is to negate any VIP work you did do or will do.. Ordering only 70 Buzzards costs the same as buying one

Not only that but you have a Buzzard for anything else outside of VIP shit, which is undeniably a useful addition to your pegasus line-up, as it's the smallest and quickest attack helicopter

Some of the best moments have come out of this update personally. Being chased while transporting goods (actually sometimes more interesting and tense the bloody heists t b h) is nerve wracking.

I think it's kinda a shame that everybody is so focused on making money that they'd rather tune themselves out of the broader experience, then actually to partake in the fun.
