If you played Disney Infinity you'll know that the team behind it found Lucasarts amazingly easy to work with, same deal with the Disney studios, but with Marvel they had to constantly be on their toes. I remember there was one guy talking about how he went to an E3 presentation I think it was for 2.0 or 3.0 and he wasn't allowed to take video footage of a Marvel character together with either Disney or Star Wars characters because they were worried if Marvel would throw a fit.
