It's a stupid spell. Its only function is complete and utter negation of spells with the press of a button. At best, it's overpowered and utterly invalidates spellcasters, at worst it's rolling but worse.

10 dex + Sage ring is all you need
40 casting dex is max I think

Sage ring and dexterity. Though, from what I know, the sage ring adds +30 dex of spell casting speed, and the cap is 50 dex.

So 20 dex+Sage or 50 dex will get you the fastest spell casting. It's still kinda slow though.

For PvE purposes it's good enough, for example it trivialises the magic bosses.

Sage Ring +2 will max it out. Sage Ring +1 with 20 dex will max out cast speed as well apparently. Bellvine Chime increases cast speed but I don't know by how much.

Either works, there is no set path. Keep trying sif and if you absolutely can not for whatever reason beat him, then progress through sens and come back later.

Anything that saves to the character will get you a warning, if you do not restore a from a backup without the "invalid data" then you get banned shortly after.

If you dupe the character and then make the changes nothing happens because it's an entirely new character for the game and servers.

As it stands now, Spell Parry is 1000% better because of all the requirements and costs you're paying for Twisted Wall. Like, all you get is a BIGGER spell parry effect at the cost of attunement, fp and cast time. It's dumb as fuck.

Twisted Wall should be really good. not crazy good, but solid as fuck. I'd accept the current state of affairs if it costed like 5 FP or something.
