It wasn't. They ordered new hardware but then fixed the old lag issues while it was in transit. I can only assume they decided to go ahead with the upgrade because they didn't want to have bought the hardware for nothing.

The problem is not the servers being down, they're up since yesterday, cunt.
They fixed it, did server maintenance yesterday for the new hardware the ISP obtained and broke it yesterday at the end of maintenance.
server was running pretty good the last few days than they upgraded hardware and now its lags like shit and disco all the time.
dont think it will fixed today since its sunday and shit.
Ping is acutally down to 81 ms for me now
