Depends. You should make the effort to talk to people instead of waiting for them to approach you--or wait for nothing.

These do not matter because if you're going DF, it's data center-wide so you're also gonna be with people outisde of Balmung. This is usually why people do not make conversations in duties, and the fact that people want to clear shit immediately.

Why slutty?

How did they fuck up fishing so badly in Heavensward? In ARR areas I could easily fish so long as my gear matched the level I was in. With a HQ rod I never lost a single fish. In Heavensward areas now and I'm level 58 with level 55 equipment(level 57 HQ rod) and fish are still fucking getting away even in level 51 areas. I flat-out can not fish in level 54 areas because apparently my stats are not high enough. The fuck is that? I'm overleveled and overgeared for the area but I don't have the stats for it? That is bullshit. I have leveled from 50 to 58 exclusively on crabs because that's the only thing worth a damn that I'm allowed to fucking catch. This was a nice, cozy job to level during dungeon queues and now it's frustrating as fuck because I can't fucking do anything despite having the best possible gear available to me and being overleveled for the areas I want to move to.

Is there something better to use combat retainers for than Quick Ventures? Tired of funneling ventures into these things when they keep bringing back crap. Haven't gotten anything worth selling for a month and they're within the rare drop gear threshold.

I just want a revamp/complete dissolution of the cross-class system. Give all casters a base Swiftcast or something similar, give all tanks a Taunt or something similar. Right now it's just a boring lengthy grind to get your completely manual cross-classes, there's no interesting design or thought. GET RID OF IT.

More than four bosses in each raid would be cool too but I'm sure that will never fucking happen.
