Single mob pulls: JoC && Cons, then JoR spam. Cons if you don't trust your aggro gen with just JoR. Generally, if in doubt: cons
AoE: Spam cons, stun lost aggro on mobs. Getting Cons out is more important than anything. JoR if you think the fight wont last long.
You have no taunt, so JoR is your only method of quickly generating single target aggro. And it's shit.
Also, never forget that warriors are better than you at everything except larger AoE pulls and they always will be. There is usually one tankadin in a high level guild, and every other paladin you ever see in PvE at 60 will be holy. Sorry.

for the most part, while leveling, you will be able to tank better than a warrior. if the healer gets aggro then bubble them. that's your taunt. if dps get aggro then they're retarded and deserve to die
