I think we will. Destiny has a good userbase size that swells with releases but they've still got a large potential audience that either never started Destiny or quit early on and never came back. If they're not expanding their reach then they're shrinking.

yeah nah. I've been playing pretty hard since the april update and not a single character has hit 335. I can't get a 335 ghost to save my life. Two can barely hit 333 and one made it to 334.

First it was just emotes, nothing else. Then slowly came the horn sets and sparrows, followed by the sterling boxes. In theory, you can already buy armor with real life currency. Sure, the light level is low and you can't really choose what you want but there's still perks and all that good stuff. Wouldn't be surprised if they started selling just shaders and emblems first, then slowly moved to upgrade materials or weapon synths, then finally started selling actual guns and armor with silver.

There's a big difference between being able to buy armor and P2W. Everyone can already get sterling treasures without paying a cent and the SRL stuff was purely cosmetic. For it to qualify as P2W, you need to have a noticible advantage by buying something and Bungie is a smart company for the most part.
