Poise + HA would be redundant and/or bad.

No poise is the best system for DaS3. The worst thing about it is the influence it had on initial weapon and armor balance.

Ive loved all the DS games so far... But DS3 is fucking tiring. That Deacon mob boss has got to be the dumbest Souls boss to ever exist. And it gets better, there's another generic mob boss next. And the last one eventually gets the exact same gimmick as Lady Maria from Bloodborne.

I know I'll finish DS3 because I paid for it, but Jesus it has been a letdown do far. And, hell, I LIKED DS2.

HA+Poise that only works against small weapons would be for the best. If a rapier user has to hit the opponent twice to stun them it'll force them to not be passive against heavy weapon user and have to take risk.

The lighting engine is definitely better. It still looks like garbage compared to the demo.

it really does. No Man's Wharf feels like a completely new area and the lighting dramatically improves the atmosphere. You can really tell how the area was designed for the torch system, its really good.
