You see that scrambled mess at the top? That is the texture from the body - it just clones onto the tail as a big mess. I'll try it with the normal tail later, I just want to finish the body tonight - playing around with some scale brushes.

TES5Edit is just closing down completely when I x it out after cleaning plugins. I can't save the changes, and nothing appears in the overwrite folder.

I already tried using an older version as well as the most recent file, and I just installed Mod Organizer, so those aren't the problem.
