Imagine what a beast of a computer I would've had if the $25k spent on my face had been spent on a computer instead.

Either way, I guess, even with SLI GTX 1080's, with whatever is the best CPU at the market now, TERA won't run on a stable 60+ fps at 1920x1080, or 4k.
It's saddening, because I can sorta run the game, while making it nice looking, but lightning enrichment (1) takes like 30-40+fps off... So, in dungeons (FINM) I end up at like 30 fps.

Metamorphic blast and smite make a lot of your damage, and are melee, so you should use bitter instead.

We can help you with your crystals user. Though while your party is rude you must understand that there's a level of expectation for people to do some minor research into what they need to be using to be prepared for dungeon runs and such. In this case if you check the Tera welcome message it will tell you what crystals to use with fairly good accuracy.
