"stranding" itself is like being stranded, marooned in a place with no way out. the present tense use is also interesting, rather than "stranded" which would imply it already happened. instead, it's ongoing?

Peace day came when Venom forced Quiet out of MB and handed her to soviets and put a plan together to abandon her and break her heart. After that Peace Day was on Mother Base Permanently.
If Paz and Quiet were in different places, Venom would fugg Paz all the time and wouldn't have forced her out/let her leave/abandon her for dead. Venom would have brought back ANY OTHER chick that wasn't Quiet back with him instead of leading her to her heartbreak and death.
Quiet was literally a nothing to Venom and it sucks there's no tapes or dialogue to prove how right that is, because he didn't even want to talk to her or about her.

It's obvious Venom spared that one tank at the end of 45 for Quiet to take the hit and turn off her situational awareness. That way he can get her to be confused and unknowing when she wakes up to him with his arms around her. Yet it was all planned and she just doesn't know it, like purposely calling in the sandstorm after getting shot and then passing out from taking the bite on purpose and then Pequod.

Quiet was hated by everybody including the person she grew a very close and special bond with, but never is it the other way around, Venom never trusted Quiet no matter what she did. Quiet sacrificed herself a multitude of times and never EVER asked anything of Venom except attention, which she was not worthy of in his eye, so he always leaves her heartbroken because he has absolutely zero respect for Quiet, she goes for someone out of her league and it hurts when the she is rejected and told to kill herself.
