Space colonies were in the first game
Fracture, Haven, Backwater, and Export all had rich space colony settings
I think he was more thinking of artificial colonies like giant tubes rotating in space with artificial gravity and stuff.
That looks attached to the ground though. There was a similar structure in Angel City.

Weirdly enough they're much better ideas for space colonization than the planets, since you can insure total control over the gravity and environment. Maybe a little less romantic, but it hurts my soul to know that O'Neill was hoping we'd have a small test colony in place in the late 80s, poor guy.
Look at the "sky" at the end of the MP trailer when they grapple the other pilot.

The 'press X' qte was to eject, rodeoing the titan was automatic, all you had to do was wait until the pilot pulled the panel off and shoot it yourself

When you get the hang of the movement, try the SMGS or the shotgun and the stim kit. If you have good aim, you can exchange the carbine for any of the other rifles.

Which is weird, since rodeoing was automatic.
