Jabra has better stats and his boost is 1.75, compared to Kaku's 1.5. As long as you'll be stalling for something like an unfarmed Enel special, take Jabra, always.

If a unit is multitype, it doesn't matter if they're fighters or not, they won't get their stats reduced.

What are the best slots for PSY Mr. 2? He's not a slasher and PSY units have more than enough RCV, so I'd assume CDR and orb rate up would be preferable.
