Technically yes, each code is created by SE for each purchase. If amazon calls the purchase out and informs SE, they'll just track the code and the account used.
Not saying you'll get banned but sure its easy to track down.

I think its easy to assume if the email on the amazon account equals the email of the account where the code is used, they MIGHT take action. If they don't match, then its hard for them to since any number of things could've happened.
