Considering Mercy's mobility can potentially allow her to remain airborne for decent periods of time as well.

And once again, any time airborne as Mercy is reliant on a teammate. Lucio can jump and hug all by himself.

Nerfs shouldn't affect skilled players to begin with, they should stop people from using an overpowered tactic as a crutch over actually learning to play the game.

It's not that he's broken, it's that he can contribute a shitton of damage with extremely little effort on the player's part because you can just hold down M1 in a general direction and shit out 120s easily which pisses a lot of people off. He still has his counters (even though he can panic mine he's still generally at a disadvantage at close range and he can't do much about a Pharah) and all that so he's not OP by any means, just one of the easiest for braindead players to use.

That being said he's my second most played because actually aiming direct shots and having the best personality in the game is fun as hell.
