You don't need to register anything, fart-knocker. Once you've installed Asteria on your phone all you need to do is have it and Granblue Fantasy open simultaneously. After that you go to the loot page, hit participating, and that should be it. If you're on Bluestacks I don't know what to tell you, I think you're fucked.
