4 has a lot of issues (Drebin's info dumps, the B&B squad being shit, overly long cutscenes, balance issues with guns, wtc.) but I still enjoyed my time with it overall thanks to the ending being pretty great and TECHNOLOGY meaning stealth and multiplayer were still fun to fuck about with.
Honestly the only MGS games I've disliked are the second half of V and 2.
