I can tell you right now that you will get most of Waterfall done just by walking, and by the time you get to the lantern room you'll have killed most everybody, and you can just run around in that room until the last few are gone.

The same with hotland/the core, you might have 15 or so monsters left over. They usually show up in twos or threes by that point, so once you get to the bridge you can just walk back and forth on it until they're all dead.

Yeah, Flowey's monologue in New Home, Sans dialogue during his fight, and Chara's dumb jumpscare I guess are the major things. Not worth the grind in my opinion when you can just read/watch them.
