Play Monk, Druid or Paladin. Might as well be able to do all three if you want to, though this artifact system might make it harder to just switch specs on the fly.

Dual-spec is gone in Legion, you can just swap freely.
Still means Druids have to juggle four specs and for this expansion, four artifacts if you plan to play all of them.
They have quad spec in legion
I haven't raided in any serious capacity since TBC.
However, in TBC I MT Sunwell.
You don't have to juggle them all and I doubt most will. The grand majority of Druid players will probably just have their two preferred playstyles and only gear and play those while not bothering with the other two. It is nice that you can freely switch now though.
How's Outlaw Rogue looking on the PTR? Last I checked in the alpha the spec did no damage and had a lot of weird gimmick mechanics.

I'm a bit confused by Drain Soul. So when it does damage, it makes my DoTs instantly tick for half damage.
So say I have a corruption that does 100 a tick. Does that mean when Drain Soul does its damage it makes corruption tick for 50?
Particularly the enhanced drain soul perk...it doubles the damage in execute range. Does that include forced DoT ticks?

If you farm the medallions once you hit max rep that drop for gold . its easier to fly back and forth between them. Or if you're farming felblight sure. And you do get a mount for it. Otherwise? It's not needed. You can still do it just for the sake of it though, not much else to do in WoD.
