I use both and it has no exclusives. Even Phantom Dust is confirmed for not being exclusive.

Xbox has actually a better game lineup than PS4 does now after this E3.
The only reason you wouldn't get one is if you have a very capable gaming PC and no console friends to play with (because comp multi is version exclusive)
