Seriously, why does anyone waste so much time getting more then one 99? And even ONE 99 isn't necessary, it feels good to say you've gotten a skill to 99 but it really doesn't reward the player in any other way.

Getting 99 would be way better if we unlocked a spell along with the cape/emote

The spell would relate to the 99 unlocked and could be used in both PvP/PvE combat and would give the combat a slightly more dynamic feel
