Not really. You already have to position yourself properly to hit everyone with Mass Heal. In that same or similar position you drop Heal squares on top of everyone.
The only utility Mass Heal has is being a burst heal in PvP.

Cleric Heal is not better than Mass Heal in a lot of situations.

Mass Heal is (short) ranged, faster cast time and it heals everyone in the AoE. Cleric Heal is good for single target only or for stacking heal tiles on the ground if no one's taking damage.

What the fuck kind of stupid math is this?
Mass Heal heals 28% HP maxed. If you hit all 5 people in a party you've healed 140% total HP, which is a really stupid amount to add together.
The problem is, Mass Heal is a single big heal. If one person needs to be healed, but the other don't then you've wasted Mass Heal. Heal doesn't suffer from that problem.

Do you even play a fucking healer at 270+? A lot of your Cleric Heal tiles get wasted because people will not walk on them to get 100% HP. So far every single party I've been in is organized enough to stand close together when they take damage to receive Mass Heal. Cleric Heal is great because you can precast the skill but it's no way better than Mass Heal in terms of utility and general healing, how can you beat 5 target healing? I swear you don't even play a healer.

Is this what you guys are arguing over? If you have Priest, you take points into Mass Heal. Even if you go 15/15 Aspersion as a Chaplain for Aspergillum padding with Enhance, there's no excuse not to have at least five points in Mass Heal. There is no case to be made where a Priest doesn't have points in Mass Heal. Mass Heal doesn't somehow hinder you, there is no downside to it.
