But isn't four flankers a bit stupid when you're supposed to push the payload? It was just me and Reinhardt for a good 2-3 minutes, so I assumed the other players were jerking each other off.

She was more balanced in beta when you had to get through your ult line before your ult would go off

Just telling you, you should not bother trying to boost the damage of Reaper, Tracer or Genji. You will just reveal their position and fuck them more than anything.
Focus on buffing chars like Zarya, DVA etc. If your team is shit then you lost. Welcome to team games.

Wise anons, when should I generally play Mercy or Lucio as support?

My aim is garbage for gun classes, but I think I'm decent enough at flitting between players with Guardian Angel, but I find myself focused down a lot faster as Mercy as opposed to Lucio as my only escape/avoidance ability is my team (either through them killing threats or being positioned so that I can escape from a threat to them).

Is there any matchups where you wouldn't want a healer on your team?
