I did a +Mag Corrin in Conquest, and it works out really well. The Dragonstone gives you some tankiness, and later you can switch to a Levin Sword or whatever for 1-2 range goodness.

We'll get the announcement for Fire Emblem 15 at TGS 2017.
It won't be a remake, and it'll be on an entirely new continent, but it'll only be for the New 3DS.
It'll remove Phoenix mode, though Casual mide will stay, Lunatic+ will return.
An avatar will be included, as will marriage, but the results will be purely cosmetic, besides minor stat bonuses while adjacent to each other. This means no kids. Avatar will also be more like Kris in plot relevance.
World map will be freely explorable, like Awakening, and certain characters can only be recruited when exploring an area you've already cleared earlier, later in the game.
~40 playable units, post game content lets you recruit some enemy officers, with no shitty explanations, like Sacred Stone's Creature Campaign. This is also where the majority of the online garbage can be accessed as well. Completing certain tasks in the post-game will reward you with special items and lords from the previous games, in their own personal classes.
There will be at least 4 different kinds of animorphs, including manaketes and wolves.
Weapons are still unbreakable, up until Steel. All specialty weapons, Silvers, and staffs of any kind, have usage. Daggers return with debuffs, but no weapons debuff yourself.
Reclassing is removed, except for married couples. All unit's base classes, and promotions, have custom outfits.
Supports are limited by character, and individual supports reduced to 5 per unit again, with S-Rank not being factored into that number. Avatar's support pool is limited the same as other units. Most units will only have 2-3 marriage options, with a couple having none at all.
Maps will be about as well designed as Thracia, with difficulty being comparable to Path of Radiance.
