Okay but lets say you have a healer who doesn't DPS and another DPS who uses TP. THEN do I use the TP song? I feel like theres a ratio here where extra TP for 1-2 classes makes up for 10% bard damage.

No. Level everything to 15 first, level CUL to 50, then level CRP to 50, next level WVR to 50, and then level either ALC or GSM to 50, and level up the rest to 50.

I do one level each just to be able to craft all my own shit.
Try not to use Paeon because WAR has its own TP refresher. Stick to Ballad (reluctantly) and mainly Foe's.

Honestly, you should never really NEED Ballad/Paeon unless your DPS are AoEing shit into the ground.

If you're progressing slowly, one pull at a time, and your DPS is complaining to you about lack of TP, that's their own fault.

In situations where you have another melee DPS and the WAR AoEing and they need TP, go for it. But quite honestly, the healer SHOULD be DPSing and you should be playing Foe's anyway for the healer.

Besides, NIN benefits from Foe's as well, as their mudras are magic damage based.
