Those are three things that were original to this game's story that I really wanted to have more of, but they felt more like stepping stones than actual destination, king of just shoved to the side. I'm really hoping the DLCs puts some focus on those things.

They're both the fastest and highest damage ultras. In exchange, their moveset is absurdly limited.

All DaS bosses have always had this weird ai quirk where they consistently fall short of you with their gapclosing attacks. As long as you just keep backpedalling, you almost never have to worry about a melee boss attacking you.

Lightning Stake is a melee spell that trades the option of being used as a range spell for more FP-efficient melee damage, and a lingering AoE hitbox

Stake is stronger than GLS in melee and deals more damage per point of FP spent than SS, while also having that giant lingering AoE hitbox that both of the other spells lack. It also pancakes if it hits directly.
