What is everyone using for mouse DPI + in-game sensitivity?

I'm not a CS:GO player, although I did play a lot of Quake 2 back in the day, and I play mostly Pharah, so I'm running a bit on the higher end. My settings are 800 DPI on the mouse, no acceleration, 6 sensitivity in-game.

Using a Corsair M65 in case that matters.

From the dev talk, it sounds like the only exclusives may be the icons and sprays. The golden weapons sound like anyone can work towards them as much as they like (the dev only said that higher skilled players will be the ones to collect them first).

I'm using quite a low sensitivity, DPI is 450 and ingame sensitivity is 7. Windows sensitivity is 6. I think that means my sensitivity is roughly about 43 cm/360, and I'm comfortable playing any hero really.

Shit. I forgot about the windows settings. Does that actually override your settings if you use a configurator like razer synapse or the corsair utility? Is that an Overwatch thing? I thought some games have "raw" input or something.

Why does this game throw randoms against an obvious stack? Just got done playing several games where we got stomped, never shuffled players only one or two would leave for from my team, be replaced one at a time. The most that left from the enemy team was one person, this has happened the past two nights I've tried to play, I'd get maybe a game where it was hectic and obvious we were all fucking around, then it's nothing but players all roughly the same level on the enemy team and cycling each meta.

overwatch uses raw input by default, you can test this by toggling pointer precision or moving the slider and notice it makes no difference ingame

I don't know a damn thing about DPI. I do know that my in-game sensitivity is set at like 10 or 15 though.

What hero should I main? NO SUPPORTS

I need to time and aim my hook, the huge hitbox makes me a easy target, I have no mobility to get out of bad situations so positioning actually matters, my ult is not a free 4k potg generator, I need to take the exposed main routes to objectives.

Okay. That's what I assumed then, I didn't think the windows settings mattered. Not sure what the other user's were talking about.

Also, my DPI settings are saved to the firmware on the mouse hardware so if Overwatch uses raw input then it's going to use whatever I set it for in the utility I guess.

Windows settings are global and apply before everything else. While changing pointerspeed doesn't matter for games that have a raw-input function, mouse acceleration DOES affect mouse inputs.

Disable enhanced pointer precision, pic related, to avoid that.

i don't know why people use 76's ult except to kill spastic heroes, if you don't use a parkinsons sens (at least 20cm/360 or more) you can precisely aim for headshots and do more damage. the ult damns you to body shot hell and you can't out DPS shit

New content for existing heroes is in the pipeline. Golden guns are rolling out in an upcoming ranked patch, but haven't been confirmed for ranked launch yet.

As for flash and headshot, this is a bit too unreliable against the 200 hp classes if they somehow retain momentum after you flash them. For instance, a Genji in midair (which is always). Buffing FtH and Flashbang to only need three shots to kill a 200 hp class (without a healer on them) is to improve McCree's consistency. And before you git gud, I just want to point out that literal aimhackers like Taimou are currently struggling with consistently shutting down the flankers with the flashbang combo.

The ult gives you instant reloads and the ability to hit long range targets at a rate of more than 3 bullets a second.

The good news is you don't have to imagine it
