Yeah, it could work... at the beginning. However, when we get to lvl 80 and start going dungeons and shit, that queue is going to be a fucking pain in the ass and would be the fucking timebomb of this newborn guild.
I humbly propose the change to another server, not for meme reasons, just beacuse of the fucking queue.
I would like to see some suggestions and i'm open to all ideas. My personal choice would be a server having an experience boost (2X - 4X) because i'm fucking tired of leveling 80s, but hell, if want to do a 1X roll, i'm all for it.

Dalaran is the ONLY legit WotLK server. 2k pop everyday, no queue, most raids released. Its stupid to play anywhere else, especially a dead polish server with literally 50 other players online at most.

raid day is wednesday, time 22:00 server time (CEST/GMT+2)
almost all specs are viable in cata, you can ask specific questions and i'll answer
Lord has high pop, 1x grind leveling, no rdf and artificial difficulty for end game content
ToD is x2 base, x3 RAF, x4 if you vote and are opening transfers on the 25th. Pretty good endgame and just opened Ulduar last month or so.
GD has a bunch of custom stuff with x7 leveling. And it's an ICC spam
