arrows give Uber now. also, if you can save your demo or soldier with an easy arrow, just go for it. communication is key though. if you're trying to arrow someone, tell them to walk straight or something when they're trying to get an arrow

Oh I know this! So you have to practice your ability to dodge incoming fire while keeping your healing target alive and you need to be aware of your surroundings. How? Play the game duh. The hardest part is learning where the enemy will be on different maps. That takes time and experience from playing those maps multiple times. After a while you'll learn what to expect from players and you'll be able to predict enemy movement and that'll help you understand when to look out for sentries and common ambush spots and when you should pop ubers and stuff like that.
Seriously just play the game a bunch and pay attention to what other people are doing and you'll get better at this game as you pick up on how other players behave.
