I've just started playing again after a couple days and something's JUSTed my FPS, is anyone else getting slowdown? I could have sworn I was playing at SILKY SMOOTH 60 on max settings until today so I lowered my settings to see if it was because I had shit open but my performance is still awful and nothing seems to fix it

True, but some of the maps here look like really early level designs. You can kind of see Watchpoint gibraltar, Hanamura and Lijiang Tower with a maybe abandoned map set in Spain? Either way, if we get a spanish map a few months from now, that will be pretty clear confirmation of corporate espionage.

I only started playing yesterday. Someone tell me if this is a valid complaint or I'm just shit.

I feel like in Overwatch, it's very difficult to tell who or what is hitting you. There's very little feedback.

I'll use TF2 as the obvious comparison. In TF2, the feedback and sound design allow you to easily parse what's attacking you and from where. Overwatch does this well with its ult callouts, but it feels bad on the weapons.

In TF2, you can easily tell if a Scout is chipping you with his pistol from far away. The beeping and firing of a sentry gun stand out loud and clear even in chaotic fights. In Overwatch, I see Tracers unloading full clips into players' backs and they don't even turn around because the guns are quiet and there's no good indication that you're being hit besides your health dropping. Torbjorn's turret has very little indication that it's hitting you to the point where I die to it and don't even realize it's what killed me until the death cam. Pharah's rocket launcher is almost completely silent. When a Soldier in TF2 is attacking enemies, there's loud booms and explosions and players are getting jostled around.

The worst is melee attacks. When I melee someone in Overwatch, I have no fucking clue if I'm dealing damage or not. I have no idea if my hits are connecting or not.

I really like the game, but this is my major gripe. That and the amount of literal insta-kills. Fuck you Junkrat.
