are you using MO?
did you make a bashed patch while the mod was installed?
if it was an animation-related mod, did you rerun fnis after removing it?

On the Yarti follower you should remove "Player Faction" from her. It causes her to use the Throw Voice shout in dialogue. I could just toss you the edited .esp I made seeing as your computer has been iffy lately.

Guy bitching about the blindingly bright lightning spells here, I think I found the issue. I have no idea how to fix it. I thought switching the enbbloom files with a different set would help, but it has not. These bloom settings are from Tony's Kountervibe, though it happens with other bloom files/presets as well.

I'm running on a totally vanilla install and it still crashes.
There's no reason for me to keep trying because in the time it would take to fix it I could play modded Skyrim which is much more fun.

It likes to get my hopes up for 30 hours before biting me in the ass.
I rolled back every thing that I had done in the hours before it happened yesterday. Its been fine for 12ish hours. I was able to launch vanilla skyrim and some emulators. I don't have much else installed yet. I'm a little iffy about trying to launch with enb.

Actually, yes. The spell Flames can blind me if I am looking straight at it, and it does "pop" occasionally when I'm casting it.

The issue is we don't know how much is gonna change, skyrim 2.0 could just as easily break every mod in existence as it could be compatible with them.
We simply don't know at this point, and it is bethesda, so people assume the worst

No, it does not. In fact, at .000, lightning is black, and .001 is enough to hide it. But, the thing is, it's not just spells that use that variable; with such a low Zero-Pass, everything looks dark and disgusting. And I can't find a middle-ground; even at .1, lightning blacks out my vision while failing to provide the world with light.

Has anyone ever had this issue before? If it's a problem with just the bloom, then surely other people have had it? I'm starting to suspect the bloom is just interacting with something else in my ENB, but turning off everything else but bloom doesn't change anything.
