Nearly every character has a legendary now. im at about half of the total unlocks in the game

Mei is pretty balanced.

nerf these:
-roadhog hook range
-reinhardt shield durability
-bastion's turn speed when in turret form
-hanzo shotgun arrow
-molten core fully healing a turret when popped
-reaper hp to 200

buff these:
-mei m1 range
-d.va movement speed while firing
-give roadhog 30% damage resist while ulting
-winston tesla cannon to 60dps

should pharahs and lucios force blasts be removed/ reworked?

right now the force blasts are borderline useless on most maps, but on any map with pits next to the point they become borderline broken to the point where it becomes the focal points of lucio and pharah players strategies. both characters are also powerful enough that they don't need the ability to still be viable (especially not lucio, he needs further works)

junkrats and d.vas pushes are so hard to land right that they don't see much use in those maps, roadhogs is a part of an ult and is fairly hard to pull off, even if it's strong and reinhardts charge means he will kill himself if he does a kamikaze charge, thus none of those needs adjusting (also, all of these abilities has other functions that are more important

Flashbang should deal 5 more damage so I can at least punch people to death with it.

Replace FtH with a projectile that deals 70 damage (with falloff and no headshots) that can simple geometry once.

Deadeye should refund according to the same rules as every other ultimate in the game (until they remove ult refunding completely anyway).

rein shield is literally the reason why is used in over 100% of the time in high level matches
