They want me to give myself a salary of about triple of what I earn from my website.

You fucking mong. My channel gets more than 1 million views, the problem is the views come from spain and mexico and argentina etc.. spanish speaking countries, so the RPM is low and it pays low. I have a plan to try to get more views in USA and I hope it works so I can start making money. At least im buidling a fanbase and since my videos dont have text or barely any text, I can potentially make viral a video in USA too and start gaining USA subscribers, its not like im stuck forever with spanish speaking language due the content, there must be a way that I can start ranking videos in USA and I will start looking into that in the future, I have some ideas.

This. I've actually done this, although only from another state within the country. You also have to pay for a resident agent service if you don't have an address in the state. It's $50 at most and they pretty much act as a state resident proxy for your business. This is usally offered by the same firm you hire to register your LLC.

Also don't pay anything until you start making money. It's just dumb to be paying 250€ per month when you're not even breaking even. What if you fail and never even reach a break even point? No sense paying that in the meantime.
