WB stacks a 2.55 multiplier on top of its normal modifiers (strike, ranged, elements), 1.2 if purple and jammed
The display of the weak element (light in this case) must not be tied to the target being >1.1 to the element I guess if the 1.1 figure some user posted from before was truly accurate

I always thought weak techniques got the bonus right away unconditionally. That's for Weak Stance, EWH will always trigger no matter what, the only condition needed is using a weak element, or at least so I thought. Can't check swiki/googletrans now.
