Just finished leveling Saryn P recently, and modded for decent str/balanced in an effort to handle higher level content instead of just exterminate spore spam, but I got laughed out of a T4D, doing worse damage than the goddamn Frost. This was with 175% str, but only 160% range and 133% duration.

Where did I fuck up? I was focusing on spamming spores on each enemy spawn location to try to keep everything viral, leaving my spore covered molt nearby to distract enemies, and reviving people since I have more health than most of them. It just seems like once enemies have any real health to worry about the spores are garbage for anything but proccing viral. Should I be at max range and stop giving a shit about power str? Viral cutting their health in half won't give me any better team damage % but at least I'd be useful.

I was considering leveling Naramon as a survivability method for squishy frames that can't turn invisible, like Equinox. I recall hearing you can only have two schools, though, is that true? Or can you level all of them and just switch at will? Not like any of the other ones besides Zenurik are useful anyway.

I think you can level as many schools as you want. It's just that the only two worth using are Zen and Naramon.
