Not a clue, though if I had to guess, Ninja's are squishier but with more dodges/i-frames so they probably have to push more buttons. Maybe.

because nearly all costumes have shit boob models and they look really deformed when enlarged

the only good ones are black/white lingerie, maid costumes (probably the best), captain costumes, leather rogue outfit, new casual uniforms and cheerleader outfits
