Nah, winston(s) should get in, fuck up a squishy and get out before you can kill them. Maybe working as a team you'll kill him first, but that's more 2 > 1 than a counter. You can do pretty much nothing if they go after a target not right next to you as well.

literally the most brainless hero in the entire game, you don't get punished at all for holding down M1 the entire game, in fact that's pretty much optimal junkrat gameplay. just always be spamming and hope your rolling grenades kill stuff because for some reason rolled grenades still explode on impact for an extremely balanced 120 damage

As long as you have armor, every instant of damage is reduced by 5, unless it's less than 10 damage, in which case it's halved. So armor is strong against stuff like tracer who fire many weak bullets, but shit against stuff like widow. It's anti-DPS
