So, one fun way in which they balance heroes is by giving them different sounding footsteps.

Zen has no footsteps, but since his orbs got nerfed to LOS, he basically has to stand behind Reinhardt all game, nullifying any advantage his "stealthiness" gives him.

What would you add to his kit to make use of him being quiet?

Seagull is my hero. I enjoy watching him play as Genji and I always learn whenever I watch him play it.

I personally think he's one of the world's top players and he almost always wins all his matches if he plays Genji.

You have to wait for the circles on the enemy's heads to turn into red skulls before you can kill them.

The ult charges at 270 damage per second so high HP targets need extra time but 250 HP heroes and under can be gibbed in a second if you just want a quick double or something.

it's pretty fucking lame but if you try to have the mentality of your character, you do surprisingly well. It's like you PvP role play. Like with Reaper I want to be as sneaky as all fuck in the shadows so that they never see me. With Junkrat I try to be like the joker with a well placed trap/mine on my escape route so if they chase me they walk right into it. Stupid nerd shit like that.

A purely AoE support character by the looks of it that can heal/harm/shield/speedboost by throwing potions.

A lot of characters, actually. Most notably trying to get better with Offense characters that aren't Reaper, but my aim is horrendous because I use a controller on PC. I usually stick to tanks and Lucio because that's what I'm best with.

Sometimes you just take the shit luck and try to make the best of the situation. If you lose then oh well, leave after the match is over. It's not even five minutes of your life, and if it lasts longer than that, then that means there was at least some comptetition.

Don't force it too much, it's a quad kill. They'll happen eventually. I'm still trying for mine, Junkrat's, D.Va's, Pharah's, and Bastion's, and I see pubs like webm related get it all the time just because the enemy is clumped up. Assists probably count too since a lot of the other quad-kill ult achievements proc on achievements too.
