I saw Jill wanted something, and it said not having it would make her lose focus, so I bought it. I also had no way of knowing there'd be a "you have 3 days to make $10,000" asspull.

The only way of seeing the big picture would be to intentionally let Jill go to work unfocused, or to look it up. The only one who should kys here is no1

I experimentally opted to try doing it when I wasn't sure I was gonna make my electricity, so I knew ahead of time that it wasn't necessary.

However I did buy the cheap beer from the store after I ran out of cans on the balcony scene with best boss because I thought I might need more.

I think you get a little cutscene after the credits depending on which ending you got. I got both Dorothy and Panama ending at once. Achievements seem to be broken at the moment.

I agree and it kinda ticks me off that practically all of chapter 3 was about them. After the bank stuff ended and scarf girl shows up for the first time, the entire setting just takes a back seat to Jill's personal drama.
