No do not use any Makeup at first. Making "good" faces is a matter of practice. Most people usually start with something pretty meh, get a feel for skyrims headmesh and low amount of polygons and then improve. Your face shows no sign of the usual problems some people have (crooked noses, pornstar lips, crazy makeup) altho your hairs do you no favor. I suggest to smooth all those egdes you can see too.
Also a good ENB with proper SSS(SubsurfaceScattering) settings is essential.
