So, is there any interest in a (temporary) new "Shared" town sort of thing? I decided to let my friend catalogue all of the complete set furniture. If it would liven the place up a bit, I could try and get my hands on all of the orderables from my catalogue and inject all of the non - orderable items, and open my gates to anyone and everyone who wants to come and touch and take things.

It'll be a few hours because I'm busy playing SMT IV, but if there's interest, I can do it.

I'd love a new shared town.
Just don't follow the mistakes of other shared towns by trying to do too much.

Last shared town simply quit because they had set up an incredibly complex schedule system where they would change their item selection on a daily basis and then shut down the town to give people hacked villagers at specific intervals.
And, as it turned out, people were getting an undue sense of entitlement.
It's also why basset was literally banished from this general and the nintendo network.

I'll likely just set out all the orderable sets, Gracie furniture sets, and all the clothes I can fit on the map, and once in awhile, people can come over.

I don't plan on doing requests or villagers because I watched the destruction of shared town, and I'm not up for that level of bullshit from people.

If I have a villager moving out tomorrow and a villager in the campsite, can I ask the camper to move in? I'm guessing no with 10 villagers.
