Sins are great. They're one of the only classes with out of combat utility, allowing the party to skip a lot of trash enemies.

They're one of the best classes at maintaining bleed. They also have blue buff, so they're great for in combat utility as well. Later down the line, they're even competitive with FM dps.

To be honest, if anything, sin is a little on the OP side.

Sins right now are quite requested because they have decent dps, skip utilities and party protections plus party damage buffs.

Yes. Just because it's hard to play at higher ping doesn't mean it's not perfectly playable. You'll have difficulties, yes, but you can still be perfectly competitive, at least until it's physically impossible to beat people by just being more skilled/knowledgeable than them
