Yes and no. At the end of the game, the NPC you have the highest affinity with is chosen as your beloved. Literally every character in the game (including children) is eligible. They're kidnapped and you roll around with them next to a bonfire after you rescue them. That's it. 8 characters do have unique romance dialogue but it's very minimal.
