I had a dream where I was a nukeop, fell asleep for like 3 hours, woke up to a dead radio and then brought two bombs to bomb the station assuming that my team mates were dead.
I went undercover and set one in some sort of maint dorm mommis were scuffling around and then turned the timer of the other one and started moving towards the brig.
A large countdown showed up directly under the bomb icon in my active hand so it was easy to handle them, when I had just 10 seconds left I ran into the brig and to my surprise I found two other ops in regular brig cells, undercover and not braindead.
Then everything blew up and some admin permabanned me.

well I don't really know how can you screw at picking abilites, it's basically paralyse and silence as first two, and before you get enough for something useful like death sting or fast regeneration you are done with absorb objective, so you can try to absorb more or wait till shit hits the fan and steal whatever/kill whoever you have as objective
of course you can do it other way but this is the best in my opinion if you don't have acces to toxins and other stuff that can be used to keep your target still and silent long enough to take their headset off and grab or cuff them
