Thanks, that was the problem. I took them all out and ran it and it worked. HEXAOC Hair.xml is the one that's making it crash, I'm not even sure where it's from since it's not from the actual mod.

Its an XML that makes it so you can select all haits in Reiedit. You need that if you want to do anything eith hairs. And that one neeeds to go into the Random folder.
