It's doable if you're an autistic NEET. Almost no one is that far on the spectrum to grind this game 8 hours a day, though.

I haven't done world pvp since like January, I miss being able to beat people with pirate weapons even if I had profane because the gap wasn't too wide.

This is the level of autism it took me to get my legendary. Also buying 10 premium stones when they were 200g each helped.
Like said, pretty much grind 8 hours a day, every day since the level 50 patch, and you could have a legendary by now.
