WHY is everything a Borg cube ffs. I want to get this game but it's just like in 7 days to die where you can either build a proper building with various types of "realistic" defenses or make a concrete cube floating in the air over a spike pit.

I find it really useful, but for the climate resists. My 20 fort does next to nothing against snakes or any other tranq, but I can run around naked in freezing weather for like 10+ minutes without dying. If I have a supply of cooked meat with me I don't die period, and with actual fur gear I never have to care about the weather.

Spawn rates are fucked right now, they messed something up and it kills singleplayer performance when I go to test mods.
To get a rex make a raft with three walls like a U facing the front and get the rex on it before you knock it out, just pull the fucker to the safety of the islands just off the northeast of jungle north.
