Does it make much of a difference if it's ABI is not 100?
Depends on whether or not you already trained it on the farm or not.
You can only increase it's stats by 50+(ABI/2) points total, where 1 point equals 10 HP.
So, assuming you want 150 HP, you need 15 points to allocate.
If you already used em all up you can remove them with restraint chips bought on EDEN entrance.
Is there a way to pass time for more than 1 hour at a time in Next 0rder?
Not that I know of, best you can do is train a lot, rest a lot and sleep asap.
